House Speaker Named e-KTP Graft Suspect

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Corruption Eradication Comission on Monday named the House of Representatives Setya Novanto as the latest suspect in the electronic identitity card (e-KTP) graft case.

"SN through AA controlled the procurement process," the KPK chief Agus Rahardjo said in South Jakarta on Monday evening.

Businessman Andi Agutinus, also known as Andi Narogong, was named as a suspect in 2017. He was accused of giving bribes to public officials.

Former Home Ministry's civil registry director general Irman was named as a suspect in 2016. He was accused of abuse of power.

Former Home Ministry's civil registry information management director Sugiharo was named as a suspect in 2014. He was accused of abuse of power.
